Antoine & Owena…
…create their own original blend of folk music that provides a feast for the ears, the heart and the feet. They combine the interpretive folk violin styles of Owena Archer, with the folk-rock guitar and bouzouki rhythms of Antoine Architeuthis to create an eclectic mix of original and traditional material inspired by history, tragedy, love and hope.
Luke Futcher and Sarah Scutt
Luke Futcher and Sarah Scutt are Salisbury musicians who have been making music together for many years and have developed an easy musical understanding along the way. For this folk club appearance, they return to their shared love of traditional tunes and songs. With Sarah leading the melody and Luke accompanying on six- and four-string tenor guitar, their sound is intimate, rhythmic and rooted in long collaboration.
Maerefolk...
…are a four piece band of Salisbury people who love traditional folk music; songs and tunes as well as occasional contemporary original pieces. They are Andrew Fisher (fiddle), Fiona Hulbert (vocals), Hadrian Cook (bass) and Michael Camp (guitar and vocals). Expect some foot tapping energy as well as some gentle stories.
